Front desk - very bad service, no hospitality, no courtesy, no greeting to guest during check in and check out. 4 staff sitting at front desk. What are they doing?? Very lazy. Owner should send them attending course especially hospitality. Very bad service.

Conveniently located besides the main road and near to seafood restaurants. Well kept facilities with clean rooms and basic necessities. Downside is the traffic noise especially for the rooms facing the main road.

We booked a family suite and were allocated Suite 6 by the hotel reception. The room is cleaned. However, the beds were soft and not firm. The furniture was old and not well maintained. The long table was wobbling when we placed things on it. The worst thing was the aircon was a prolonged screeching sound at night. We were woken up. The reason why we stayed there was to go to the sky mirror jetty. Luckily, we stayed there for one night.

The hotel are Infront of a main road.
At night there are cars passing by and found be quite noisy.
The room are clean but unfortunately some of the pillows had saliva smell.
Location for food are not as convenient need to travel down around 4km away.
If need to enjoy seafood there are plenty just Infront around 500m away.

Spacious family size room that is comfortable for my family. Nice stay and would be very pleasant if the hotel management upgrade their room facility that is not in good condition. A pleasant hotel to stay overall.
