Hotel is newly renovated for rooms. Toilet still the same. Price was cheap maybe on weekday. Would stay here again

As a frequent business traveler, I recently stayed at AC Hotel Kuantan and wanted to share my feedback.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter an issue with the room air conditioning system.
Despite the comfortable initial temperature, I noticed that the room began to feel warm after a few hours. It took some time for the hotel staff to address the issue and take action to resolve it.
While I understand that maintenance issues can occur, I hope the hotel can improve its response time to such concerns in the future to ensure a consistently comfortable stay for guests.
