Elite World Grand Istanbul Basın Ekspres

I came around at 9:30 with my kids I asked them to let me in 2 hours earlier because my children were tired they took advantage of me because my kids were half asleep and charged me 160 euro for an hour and a half earlier the staff aren’t friendly the coffee shop tried to make me pay for things I didn’t order the hotel is cheap with items they did not provide tissues or water.

Not bad Good service and location is good

Very nice room, location is slightly out of the way. 30mins from taxim however can’t complain about the actual hotel at all! Very nice would definitely go again

Very fine hotel with luxury ambient and spacious rooms with modern furniture. Check in was fast and hassle free. Staff spoke good English and serve with smile. Only drawback was the unavailability of USB charging port in the room, hope you will fix one soon. There is a nice Cafe with relaxing atmosphere, don't miss having Tirkish tea or Salab ( winter drink)
