5 The service, team, clearness and care were excellent. You are in a luxury hotel with personalised service like a boutique one. Itbis the only hotel I stay when I come. The restaurant was super be, all organic and delicious food! The peach meze was an amazing surprise. Thank you is the least I can write

1 stayed at nicely decorated luxury bungalow. But unfortunately except the restaurants, the rest of the service was terrible:-( Inefficient staff so Couldn’t find any manager in charge to explain the situation. I think the managers playing hide and seek instead of training the staff and solving problems

Complete location.... All în one means excellent service, a comodat ion, meals, bars, beverages, personal, management... All very kind and at your service în order to make your stat just lovely. Nice hotel position, nice bungalows... Gym, restaurant.... Etc

Excellent location, wonderful hospitality, amazing beach, with golden sands, Clear water . Spacious rooms very comfortable, very attentive personnel, special thanks to Zeynep Hn. For her accommodation and hospitality. Beach restaurant has a delicious menu. Hidden gem in Ayvalik

If you want to have a short vacation l, escape from the crowd of Istanbul, with a 5 hour drive time you may reach this place. The see is clean with blue flag, but sometimes way because of northern winds. The breakfast offered is good, there are many possibil dishes to eat, even if you are vegetarian. For lunch and dinner they serve a la carte dishes, the sizes of them might be small for some people and prices are a bit higher than the average. The rooms are always kept clean, hotel management sends small gifts daily, feeh cookies. Also they offer daily newspaper if you like it. The shower and shampoo offered are first class. There are also secure boxes in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay with my family and I suggest.

Everything about this facility is fantastic.....the rooms clean, spacious, great views, nicely maintained, nice bright colors could not be anything better, very kind and professional staff...the environment cleanliness....location between pine trees and directly at the beach...The quality and variety at the breakfast beyond imagination...very calm place to enjoy the tranquility and peace..BRAVO
