Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Well maintained clean property. Plus point is they do room cleaning twice day without disturbing us. 1. Evening complementary cruise ride was very good to get some fresh air. 2. Evening lake side refreshments with tea/coffee was too good. 3. Complementary kayaking,pedal boat, fishing etc was too good to keep us active all the day. 4. Rooms were comfortable and super clean. 5. Food was tasty. 6. Complementary evening live flute play and tabla from musicians was ear soothing. 7. Kids play area, swimming pool, outdoor and indoor activities were also very good.

Had stayed for 4 nights in their super garden view room, it’s a water facing property designed beautifully with lots of flora and fauna, water running throughout the property with lots of fishes in it. Hospitality is top notch and food is good too. Best property in Kumarakom

Best hotel stay, all staff have been super friendly and helpful organising any trips! food was incredible and very well priced! Room was very modern, comfortable and clean, resort itself is so beautiful too! Lots of complimentary activities included such as free tea/coffee, games for families and water sports. Would 100% recommend and will be back again! Thanks

Great hotel and great food at the restaurant. Parvathy was our favourite server! But all the staff were amazing. Rooms were comfy and clean, had the best time celebrating my best friend’s birthday. Will definitely be back next time we are in Kumarakom

It was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff was the best...they were very courteous and very kind. You can enjoy many water activities like kayaking, bamboo rafting, speed boat and have a fun time here. Would like to come again..!!!

Gokulam Kumarakom was a highlight of our trip to Kerala this time. We had EVERYTHING we would expect from a 5 star resort, from the best service to comfortably room, good food and lots of complimentary activities like kayaking, fishing, sunset cruise and so much more. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and the entire property was meticulously maintained thanks to the round the clock effort by the cleaning team. Hats off to them! Special shoutout to Dipak from the restaurant, Sandeep who took us on a thrilling speedboat ride and the very nice lady from reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot). We would definitely want to be back here at Gokulam Grand when we return to Kumarakom!

Amazing property and great staff. We stayed here for 3 nights, celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday . They have amusement for every age, very thoughtfully designed. Evening high tea at the bank of backwaters is a amazing feeling. One hour complimentary sunset cruise is a must go. Finally, staff here are so soft spoken and well behaved. My daughter made many friends. Special thanks to Deepak from restaurant who helped us alot while we were there. Taken care my daughter's need and whatever we asked for. We will always cherish the memories. We highly recommend Gokulam Grand .

We had a pleasant stay at Gokulam grand. We received a warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink also.The lake view room which we booked was clean,well-maintained and quite spacious.our baby was also readily offered a crib. A negative which we felt was the attack from mosquitoes in the evening at the balcony area.It would be good if any provision could.be done to prevent that. The food was delicious and we were offered a top notch sumptuous platter. The spa was also relaxing and the masseuse Miss.Aiswarya took great care to make.us comfortable. There are a variety of activities to keep the guests engaged and the high tea served in the lawn deserves a special mention. The staff were polite and attending to our needs throughout. Looking forward to staying at Gokulam Grand again .

What a magical place! The location is absolutely stunning and peaceful. The spa has expert staff, got an amazing facial from aishwayria, who went above and beyond any facial I have gotten previously. Parvathy was a friendly warm face every time we dined at the restaurant. Her ability to personally connect with guests made you feel like you were dining with family. Highly recommend this five star resort
