Made a booking for hotel stay for 15 March for me, my husband and 2 boys , and I had to last minute change it to a a day later due to unforeseen circumstances and delay , and I am impressed with the close followup call by Mdm Anusha on my reservations and to help me to accommodate my last min change. She really helped to assure me on my room reservation . When we checked out , we left behind sth and Ms Anusha and her team were expeditious in touching base with us to inform us of this . While our stay here in this hotel was very short, room is decent and probably one of the best in this kumbakonam area in terms of basic level of cleanliness . The adjoining Annalaksmi restaurant had excellent food , variety of food and service . Must try the set meals !! I would recommend this hotel for stays in Kumbakonam - for good location , good service and the convenience of an excellent adjoining restaurant ! Thank you Ms Anusha and team !

From check in to check out everything was super smooth. We stayed here for 2 days . Room was very clean and have provided all the toiletries. Breakfast. Excellent with lots of choice . Dinner we had was alacarte . We being vegetarian they went over and beyond to make sure food was cooked to the perfection. One notably person stood out in the dining area was Mr. AJEESH, ( I hope I am spelling correctly). He took out order and served as well for both the days . We stayed in this town as it is centrally located .GANGAIKONDA cholapuram is 1 hour north east for temple visit , Dharasuram visit is 15 minutes from hotel, and Thanjavur is 1 hour south.

We stayed in this hotel from 21st to 25th of February 2024. Great location, great staff and friendly and helpful receptionist. lovely and great first impression of the hotel. The room was clean, stylish, roomy with all the modern amenities. We had breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the " Annalakshmi Restaurant" the food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future whenever i visit kumbakonam. I would like to mention Mr.Santhosh Babu - GM, Mr.Shiva, Mr.Bhaskar and Mr.Prabhakar at the reception were very helpful in making our stay a comfortable one.

Mr.yusulf really served us in a very neat way and convey everything in a gentle ***ner..we really loved the dish with beautiful gesture of honorable waiters.. thank you for your services. Finally we we found a very good hotel which which was named as annalakshmi in kumbakonam near bus stop💛🥰

Great choice of hotel to base yourself in if visiting the Chola temples. Hotel is spotless, rooms are big, comfortable and modern. The hotel is a short walk (or very quick auto ride) from the railway station and a pleasant 15 min auto ride through the town to the Airavatesvara Temple. The hotel organises good tours to visit the other temples nearby. Staff are very helpful and the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. It's a great place to base yourself if visiting the temples or the lovely surrounding area.

This has always been our go to hotel whenever we visit Kumbakonam, the rooms are clean, water hot and the staff always go above and beyond to help us with our needs, even to organise cars, and suggest places in town where we can buy things from brass items to sarees. To add it off the place is a walking distance from Chennai Silks do it makes shopping easy. Will definitely recommend and hope to be back there soon

This lodge even contains restaurant, the food price is reasonable and tasty too. The service is good. The quality of the rooms and food are fantastic. I think this hotel should get 5 star rating not the 3 star rating.

The hotel is very close to the station adn the bus stop and easily accessible and on the main road. We went with our parents and they really liked the room and the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodative to our requests.
