Had a good stay at woodside, the hotel owner was very kind. Room was decent. They provided water bottles. It is located in main town

Good staying experience at thekkady. Highly recommended to everyone especially for families. Mr rajesh is very helpful and professional in dealing guests. Great hospitality and excellent service. Thank you.

It's totally great to stay... hospitality extended by the in-charge Mr.Rajesh was amazing...premises around was wonderful on the core of Kumily town. Rooms are comfortable and neat especially for families and Kids to reside. very closer to reach to tiger reserve zone at Thekkady. Mr.Rajesh is a nice gentleman and takes care of every visitor as a known individual. His guides to make for an outing were useful indeed. certainly we would recommend to our families and friends to opt " Woodside Residency" to stay.

I checked in and rooms are not up to the level smells hard, so decided to look for different hotel. I exited the room even though they did not refund my money as i don't want the spen my night is the horrible hotel

Just went to Woodside residency from 20 to 22 of August 2023 with my family. Bedsheets were dirty, water coming from the tab was dark, no hot water, no wifi in the room,... Do not recommend at all to go there

The owner is very friendly. We were not familiar with the places, but he helped with a lot of bokings and suggestions. Would definitely reccomend.

Beautiful property located in the town itself. It's easy to go to nearby places. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. They even arranged hot water for my baby at midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting thekkady.
