Strategic location, a hotel with a simple concept but does not reduce the comfort of its guests. Wifi is fast, the bed is very comfortable, the clean sheets and the pillows are comfortable (so much I imagined the sheets and a gray pillow gloves in the photo) The size of the room is not too big, not too small. Fit for Indonesian size. The concept of a unique bathroom (the cabin model and the hot water shower that flows smoothly) No key-card required to turn on the electricity system, so I could leave the room with the AC and the lights kept on. A very recomended hotel for travelers who want to stay at affordable prices and comfortable room facilities

I stayed for 1 night with 2 kids, compared to other budget hotels in serpong which are similar, probably the most okay amris. Because the room is clean, the AC is cold, the breakfast is good & charge for extra people cheap, only 40rb. At first we didn't have any more expectations than a transit hotel, but it turns out that the amaris is more than just a transit hotel. What needs to add is a heater tap and cable TV channel. Which is a bit a pity the location is on the pinggiran BSD, but the overall sprinkler ammunition is comfortable

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is also a Chinatown nearby. It is very lively at night and the breakfast is rich. It is a very good hotel.

Had great sleep every night, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very nice, shout out to the door man, always had a smile on hise face even at 4am when we checked in. Another door man talked to our taxi driver because we couldn’t understand each other, was super helpful.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in. Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor. I wish the management / staff /employees of this property a prosperous and healthy life.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The services are amazing, room no 306, room service mbak Lovi/Yovi sorry i forgot, she was kind and fast, very good job, the room very clean, wide and comfortable, the hospitalities are exxcellent, I will be back someday
