We were here in 3 days. The room was clean, the staff is helpful. Thank you so much for helping us a lot when we need information. Breakfast were so delicious and various, I can eat every day. Hotel also has many Chinese traditional clothes that are free to try on. The driver Xu was friendly and took good care for us. One thing you can improve is the temperature inside the room, it should be warmer.

Beautifully situated in a quiet alley but walking distance to nearby restaurants and malls and walking streets. Front desk was extremely helpful and breakfast was very good and ample.
Rooms were well designed with plenty of charging points and bathrooms that don’t leak.
Plenty of space to hang clothes and there’s a washing machine on the 3rd floor- very much appreciated.

We only had a short stay (checked in at 7pm and left the room at 0330 to catch a flight home), but the hotel staff were very thoughtful (they initially told us we can grab some food to go for breakfast before the start time but unfortunately we needed to leave way too early). The room was clean and had a water purifier. There is a street near the hotel with great street food, two traditional bakeries and plenty of shops nearby. The only minor thing to note is that you will need to ask for some directions once you get off your cab ride from the main road to the hotel (short walk only but the hotel is location in the middle of 2 different streets, right beside a temple).

We met this nice and helpful front desk Miss Lee who came cycling in the cold to pick us up from the metro, got a cab and delivered us to the hotel. She even accompanied us the first night to Pedestrian street night market and made sure we knew our way back. Room was big, bed very comfy and breakfast was great! Environment was serene and yet very close to all amenities.

我要開始説服務了，簡直是驚喜連連！！！
因為飛機延誤我們半夜快12點才到，前台小姐姐怕我們找不到還特意出巷子口來迎；進屋發現擺了兩塊鮮花餅超級好吃！
第二天的早餐很豐盛，中西都有，還有現做的特色米線～
設施：
屋裡跟圖片無差別，衞生間乾濕分離很乾凈～
emmm所以我打的五分是因為最多衹有五分…

酒店真的太棒了，前台小姐姐服務超級熱情，原定的普通大床房，前台免費幫忙做了升級，酒店房間特別乾淨，房間還準備了一次的性的洗臉巾，前台還送了面膜。驚喜了一下，周邊吃的也很多，邊上就有一家燒烤店，很喜歡，下次還會在來的！
