Nice breakfast. Very close to the Kunming South station. Family room nice layout. Generally good hotel. However, no iron. Car arrangement to station was very poorly organised!! Staff not well trained. Poor service. Made us go early but car was not ready. Small car came. So we had to wait for another even though hotel staff knew we had lots of lugguage and had 4 ppl. Could not contact hotel beforehand via WeChat or email to book in advance. So the one and only hotel car was booked already.

great hotel for travelling to and fro Kunming South station. there is a shuttle bus you can book but it's easy enough to walk if you want to stretch your legs after a train journey. took me about 10 mins. on exiting train head for the west square.
they have a customer laundry which is super convienant as many top class hotels don't.
I was met with a gift of snacks and fluent English staff which gave a very good first impression.
directly behind the hotel is small restaurants and some street food.

Front Desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel also provides shuttle service to Yunming south speed train station which it is very convenience, but it is quite fast away from the city.
The hotel breakfast is nice especially Yunming noodle and rose flower cake, it is value for money.
Hotel nearby has a lot of small restaurants with different cuisines with low price.

Close to Kunming south train station, can reserve the shuttle car to send you to train station at concierge. Nice breakfast. Room is clean. Facilities are new and easy to use.

The hotel is extremely convenient to Kunming South Railway Station but no other major sites. That said, it is reasonably priced, very clean, and has an amazing breakfast buffet for this price point. A highlight of the stay was the front desk service provided by Jack, who went out of his way to offer shuttle service, answer our questions, and generally be a kind face of Kunming.
