Great location!! Wuyi metro entrance and shopping malls are opposite the hotel entrance, about 70m away. Kunminglao Street is across the Wuyi road. I choose the non-smoking room with a windows but no view. Price is reasonable and breakfast is included. No need to purchase a breakfast if your room includes 1 breakfast but you have 2 people in a room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely value for money.

Nice clean rooms. Helpful frontdesk. English was not a problem as the personals were using translation apps and more importantly, very eager to help. Decent breakfast lineup.

The room is neat and tidy. The staff were helpful. The hotel is near to amenities and the night market is just a stone throw away.

A value for money property to stay in Kunming. The location is near many shops and malls. I saw a underground station 100m from the hotel but I did not use it.
For this price, I give a 4.8 over 5

This is my second time staying here. Despite costing more this time, the room wasn't quite as nice and I didn't get breakfast included. Still handy location though and would probably come back here again.
