Interesting intelligent household electronics in the rooms. You can also choose a certain TV channel by talking to the robot that is built into the TV. There's a big shopping mall right next door, which makes dining etc. convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and active. The traffic outside the hotel is a little messy though. One needs to be careful crossing the streets.

One of Kunming’s biggest attractions is its climate. Unlike many other Chinese cities with extreme seasons, Kunming enjoys mild temperatures that make it comfortable to explore throughout the year. This climate also supports its famous flowers and greenery, which give the city a vibrant and refreshing feel. The Green Lake Park and the Stone Forest are two must-see spots that highlight the region’s natural charm.

酒店很乾凈衞生，前台小姐姐李紅玲態度很好，在我們提出無法進行早餐提出把水果牛奶送到房間。洗衣房洗衣服保潔阿姨很細心的會送回房間，還會把衣服疊好放進袋子。在我們出門時阿姨也會收拾房間，房間非常乾淨，可以赤腳踩地上的程度。這次出行很滿意，我會一輩子追隨全季。

Didn’t have a spa as advertised but all other things were as advertised. The cheapest room is tiny and you wouldn’t know that unless you look closely at room size. Upon arrival they try to get you to upgrade and pay a little more. Staff was friendly and no negative feelings.

Incredible breakfast with dozens of things to choose from in a beautiful dining room with large glass windows overlooking a garden. Staff were very eager to help, though only the concierge spoke good English. The room was very large with a good bed and large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. As with other hotels we visited in China, we occasionally smelled some cigarette/cigar smoke in the (non-smoking) room or in the hallway outside the room.

首先誇一誇酒店的床品，算我出來玩這麼多地方，睡得非常非常舒服的床品，甚至有點想要連結哈哈哈哈 酒店位置離公交車站很近，到地鐵口也不遠，就是最近的地鐵口沒有扶梯，得把行李拎下來，然後有一段稍微爛了一點的人行道要走，推着大件行李走起來有點費勁 再就是我覺得不是酒店的問題的，我入住那天晚上和第二天離店的時候，那一片居民區都停電了……我住五樓……自己把行李搬下來了才知道可以喊老闆幫忙搬……總之酒店還是可以的，投屏很流暢，床品很舒服，地理位置也離公交站地鐵站蠻近的

The decor is absolutely stunning; the rooms, lobby, and hallways are incredibly well-designed, almost like works of art. The front desk and housekeeping staff are exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic. You can really tell they prioritize both service and aesthetics while also ensuring a great guest experience – they've put a lot of heart into it. The in-room smart technology is fantastic. The breakfast and lunch on the first floor are also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming. And a quick note, nearly every staff member is remarkably good-looking, clearly a very deliberate and impressive selection of employees. It's a pleasure to behold!

It was just one night but we had a great time here. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was delicious(especially, noodle soup). Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't read Chinese name but 531, 515 guys helped us a lot. Our little girl was happy to stay here. I'll come back here again if I have a chance!

Номер шикарный, ресепшен приветливый, но есть одно но. Горячая вода может закончиться в любой момент в час пик например там бойлер имейте в виду. Но мне не хватило единожды воды может просто не повезло
