Kunming – kurorty

The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to the Green Lake Park. Transport is easy with lots of options. There are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious, with everything I want. The breakfast is great with decent selections. I will choose this hotel again.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near the metro station. It is very convenient to take a taxi but beware of traffic jams from 5 p.m. the hotel staff is very smiling and friendly. I particularly recommend: the very rich and varied breakfast; the well-equipped and very large fitness room to work out; the pleasant pool to swim and relax. The meal at the hotel is also very good and affordable. The hotel offers a menu at 108 yuan per person with a selection of very varied and delicious dishes. Congratulations for this hotel and for the welcome we have benefitted from. We will come back as a family.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

Very friendly and attentive staff going the extra-mile. Hotel rooms are great and beds super comfortable. Modern hotel with a bar on the top-floor that provides a fantastic view over the city. Can absolutely recommend.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

It’s a very cool hostel, super stylish and rooms a great. Staff at reception was alright, some much more helpful than others. Bar and rooftop are super enjoyable and well decorated. Breakfast was good. For those with kids/a bit older/or with respiratory issues: Only thing to note is that there is street food just down the hostel (which is awesome of course) but one of the truck is very very smoky, unfortunately it is just under the rooms looking down the street so impossible to open windows in the room because the smoke makes it difficult to breath. So it gets very warm in the room even in Autumn when we visited. We gave a heads up to reception who told us that’s it’s a known issue. Except this detail, everything else is pretty great.

I have heard about the reputation of Green Lake Hotel for a long time, so I brought my family here in early February 24 and finally checked in. His home has an old-school sense of sophistication inside and out (laughs). Rooms: The standard room is small and compact. The mini bar is rich in content and even has a moka pot. Their slippers are really easy to wear. So far, only the slippers from his store and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel are so comfortable. facility: The shower head in the room we stayed in was leaking. After washing, we found water leaking all over the floor, so we had to ask room service to come and clean it up. Serve: You have to take your time to find a parking space in the parking lot, there are not many parking spaces. Check-in at the front desk is fast. Desserts are provided in the evening, with sufficient ingredients and delicious taste. All in all, it was a great stay experience with my family!

The hotel is located on Hongta West Road, very close to Haigeng Dam. Along the street full of early cherry blossoms, it takes less than 20 minutes to go to the dam to see seagulls. The hotel's front desk, restaurant, guest rooms, and executive lounge services are all very good, warm and courteous, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The hotel park has a beautiful environment surrounded by green trees. It is very comfortable to take a walk after dinner. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, with local specialties. , the food tastes good too.

The hostel is super nice and the staff is excellent. Location is also good, close to a metro station and to the park. The in-house restaurant is also great and very cheap so it is a perfect one stop for everyone travelling in the city. Recommend.

Excellent resort style hotel in the heart of Kunming.. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Service was also excellent and attentive. Would highly recommend if staying in Kunming.
