Need to implement on basics by the hotel management. They don’t know about the hotel industry feel like lodge

Overall management is not good. Room and washroom was quite below the expectation. Not at all a 3 star hotel

Too expensive for the facilities in the hotel. No telephone/inter com to contact the reception or room service, exhaust in bath room, shower, towel stand all defective, no pampoch, no internet connectivity, cool response at the reception, not supportive, no arrangement for travel assistance to move around, ac (window) had control some where centrally which was going off and on whole night at minutes interval making sound making sleep difficult. Suitable for casual travelers only for over night stay maximum 1000- per night comparable to cost of hotels of the type at other tourist places.

This is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in
there was no water bottle given on arrival I had to purchase it from the hotel towels, they provided were torn in many places and they didn’t replace them on complaining no soaps were there in the bathroom no hot water was there to bathe tv was also not working in the room and they fixed it at 10 pm in the night.
