Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

I was warmly received by Amaj, the driver, at the airport. Shyam, the head of hospitality and transport, was always available for any help. I interacted with Raj and Sameer and they were wonderful too. Ramsy was very meticulous in cleaning the room everyday.

amazing place in Kuwait. Hotel ambience is wonderful and the Rooms was well cleaned and maintain very well. the reception was excellent Mr.Kadher and Mr.raj Kumar& Mr.shyam and Ms.tandin This team was assist us very polite and professional way and the Housekeeping team Mr.Devadas& Mr.san*** and Mr.Manikandan was friendly and perfect professional. Ms.muna moktan she room cleaning very well .F&B team also excellent Mr.jaypee and mr.pyae and Ms.Tracy dcrcz This team given very good service for us and food was very tasty.Mr.jebin and Mr.lijin is polite and professional. Thanks for all the departments for giving wonderful experience😘

Thank you Sherin really nice hotel to stay here the pool is really huge and very clean why I said clean it's because I can see from our balcony the clearest water and its really safe to swim because they have many life guard around and also sherin help us to our order

Jahra slyail is a bit far from the city proper but if you will stay here you will not recognize as it has its own city there's a lot of building's and different restaurants and entertainment around the hotel it's really nice place we're you cannot ask for more they have good amenities and nice staff special mention to sherin

The rooms are excellent, nice place and nice staff .. I will recommend your hotel to my family, friends and business colleagues as well. Its my first time to visit a hotel here in kuwait and i was not disappointed. I want to come here again and experience you're good service.

We're so glad that Shyam and tandin still remember us were happy and feel welcome and special here tomorrow we're excited with their breakfast buffet I wish they have Indian section because I really like there butter chicken here it's so delicious 😋
