Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

I was warmly received by Amaj, the driver, at the airport. Shyam, the head of hospitality and transport, was always available for any help. I interacted with Raj and Sameer and they were wonderful too. Ramsy was very meticulous in cleaning the room everyday.

Nice hotel this is the only hotel in jahra we're you can feel the five star service and the reception manager Salam very energetic and his employee like kader and tannin shyam they are always ready to help us in our stay we stay for 2 nights and it was good

We are regular guest here in jahra hotel and As always the service is really consistently the best thanks to you shereen and sujit ofcourse for welcoming here always and giving us good trea**ents in breakfast buffet and there buffet now i see the improvement and the chalet i guess they have change all furniture

Copthorne Hotel in slaying is just 45 minutes away from us in salmiya therefore it will be our favourite gate away for sure the cleaner and the server in their restaurant are very friendly to my kids which they are excited to come back after their exam in school

Chalet in Jahra Slayil we choose to check I for 2nights and three days together with my Co workers and we had so much fun especially with my co workers with family our kids really enjoyed the place and far from the city which I like but I guess it's more fun if they will keep restaurant in the chalet area because we need to bring g food in the swimming pool area from us which is hassle

me and my family have great experience here it's near to our house and the kids out of school now and they are looking for activities good thing we found this hotel and they have big swimming pool and sherin assits us in the cafeteria and they have chalet which we stay we enjoy having our barbecue time
