Kyoto Four Sisters Residence

フロントの方の対応もホテル自体もとても素敵でホテルとしてじゃなく我が家のような落ち着く空間でした。歩いて5分くらいの近くに地下鉄もあり長旅移動もキツくなかったです。

Ctripのサイトから... 部屋にマッサージチェアーが設置されてる写真を見て割高だったけどこの部屋を予約しました。 ところが設置されて無くホテルも対応してくれませんでした。 誇大広告です。

Overall an excellent combination of Hotel and your own apar**ent, they had pretty much everything you need. As well as brilliant, friendly reception team who spoke very good English (which was handy) and had answers to all our questions. There’s a little coffee machine in the reception area that you can use during reception opening hours. Also provided umbrellas if it was raining and you could also use their four sisters bicycles if you wanted too. The apar**ents were very comfortable, slightly on the small size but nothing new in Japan really. Still spacious enough for 3 people. Bathroom was great, washing machine, heating, fridge space, also local supermarket was just a 7 mins walk away. The metro station was about the same and the bus service was only 3 mins away. Easy to get to the temples we went to as well as Arashiyama bamboo forest, all on one bus route essentially. Cleanliness in Japan is of a high standard so there isn’t anything to say about that other than- brilliant! Would stay here again and highly recommend :) and we have high standards. The place is about 20 minutes from Kyoto station and it was easy to find. We stayed here with family of 5 including 4 adults Absolutely beautiful & modern apar**ent, quite spacious, beds are very comfy. We loved our stay here the entire time. Thank you so much for smooth experience and early check-in. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Our family loved our stay here. The room/apar**ent was clean and spacious. We were able to relax and cook in the kitchen, as well as do laundry. There are convenience stores nearby, so we can shop easily. There are also nearby train and bus stations for easy access to transportation. We will definitely stay here again.

A very nice basic property. The receptionist assisted us to book Xmas dinner at a restaurant for 8 people. We had 2 bedroom apar**ents; washing machine and clothes dryer was well used over our stay. Small kitchen with fridge and freezer. Easy walk to buses, trains or supermarkets (7eleven, lessons). Beds were comfortable. Nice quaint area, very quiet. Walking distance to Kyoto palace, public transport required for other tourist locations (but generally just a bus away (or bus & train). There were bicycles for rent at the hotel, we did not use them, Would recommend anyone wanting an apar**ent to stay here.

I am definitely coming back here if we’re to travel to Kyoto again. Everything was perfect for family trip and I got nothing to complain about. It was clean, space were wide, staffs were kind and the location was pretty good.

Staff was friendly. The apar**ent was very clean with everything we need. Spacious too with laundry basket, drying rack and room...

We had 4 nights here and loved it. We had a 2 bedroom apar**ent which gave us plenty of space to spread out. A fully equipped kitchen meant that eating in was a feasible option but the hotel also provides a comprehensive list of local restaurants, bakeries etc. There’s also a washing machine in the apar**ent and the bathroom turns into a drying room. The staff are all lovely too and very helpful. I’d have no hesitation in staying here again.
