Sakuraya･Senmoto Kyoto Station Japanese Style Villa

The place was nice but it wasn’t really close to anything and you have to take the bus or a taxi to get anywhere. There are some nice parks and temples nearby though but it really is in a neighborhood. The place is nice and peaceful. A good local udon shop is like a short walk away and there’s a gyoza restaurant nearby. The only issue was that it was not well cleaned. When I filled up the tub, it was full of detritus and upon closer inspection there were long women’s hairs around the rim of the tub. No women were staying there. The bathroom also had mold on the tub that caused an itchy rash and needed to be bleached to remove it. The room had not been dusted and there were also issues with hair. Other than that, the owner was polite and thorough but had asked us to communicate on WeChat, which I didn’t like. They were fine with email though after the first message.

The experience is super good. When we want to book some restaurant, owner help us out. Owner also offer early check in knowing we have 6-8 luggage

Excellent stay. Convenient location with accessible public transport. Pleasant looking ryokan with ample facilities. Rooms were comfortable and the tatami smelled good. Host was very responsive after exchanging wechat contacts, and bought us snacks and drinks after we moved in. Also very flexible and agreeable. Would definitely stay again

非常棒的一次旅行住宿體驗，首先位置特別好，就在京都站附近，環境也很好，是獨棟，特別適合一家人或者一羣好友出遊，可以自己做飯吃，其次最大的讚美是給到房東啦，房東是中國人，全程沒有溝通障礙，對待家裡長者熱心且耐心，非常專業！！！下次一定會給朋友推薦！很美的京都，下次再來！

非常不錯的一次京都民宿體驗～ 交通：位置交通很便利。京都站打車過來我們兩家人叫了一輛商務車型的出租車，更是划算～從民宿去各景點也非常方便。 周邊：出門應該兩分鐘就有一個挺大的超市，非常方便。走過去幾分鐘就是東寺。 設施：五臟俱全的民宿，還有帶烘乾的洗衣機～廁所有兩個，也都很乾凈，很方便我們兩家人使用。 服務：貼心！房東非常nice和細心，中文溝通太方便了。入住前還會發給我們一份PDF，裏面都有詳細的入住交通等介紹，細心到去幾個著名景點的交通，小tips，都非常詳細～還暖心的送上了美味的早餐～泡芙超好吃😋房東還會給出她的合理建議，讓我們的行程更加完美😍 京都很贊，下次還會想來體驗～

真的是一家寶藏民宿！離京都站很近，到各個景點都非常方便，而且民宿附近有兩家24小時便利店和兩家超市，其中一家超市還是24小時營業的當地連鎖大超市，房子裏有個大廚房，自己採購回房子做菜實在是太爽了！強烈推薦！！！

一個兩層的小別墅，我們獨享的，好喜歡這裏啊，有很漂亮的庭院，整個房子整潔乾淨，配的洗衣機都是上萬塊人民幣的帶烘乾的，衣服烘乾後就可以直接穿了，太方便了！大家閉眼定吧，絕對不會後悔[偷笑]

房東是中國人，全程無障礙交流。 可以提前辦理入住，方便出去逛買。 交通便利，附近有超市，可以自己做飯。

民宿非常的乾淨衞生，而且交通很便利方便，老闆娘人很好，貼心服務，住得實在太舒服了，都不捨得走，朋友説下次來關西不去大阪住了，就衹住這裏！
