nice hotel woth nice staff! there is no view in the room but the onsen is very nice!

We couldn't have stayed in a more amazing hotel while in Kyoto. From the first moment we stepped in, we were greeted with hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was respectful and extremely helpful. Our room was well appointed and had more amenities than we could use. Not to mention, the private in room onsen. This was the whole reason we chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. The water was refreshing and you could really feel the healing effects. As for the meals that the hotel provides... I must say both the Japanese set and Western set breakfasts were delightful and had many options. The fresh ingredients and the diligence of the dining staff were impeccable. We felt truly valued as guests. It is safe to say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Kyoto. We most certainly will be back!

和先生去過很多次京都，住過各類豪華酒店，但這一次住的空庭露台京都別邸絕對是我們最喜歡和滿意的一家！雖然房價近6000一晚，但物有所值，如果不是因為床有些太軟而且彈力不足，幾乎可以給滿分💯。 酒店位置極為優越，地鐵與火車都在附近，小河大河近在咫尺，風景優美； 房間擁有四條河原町私湯在市中心的酒店是極為難得的，而且温泉水質極佳，每天泡完都覺得皮膚和身體狀態都超好； 服務堪稱一流，前台小哥又帥又温柔，不僅細心周到的講解所有細節，還為我們推薦了幾家特別好吃的餐廳（我們幾乎都品嚐過，贊！） 酒店房間寬敞而且非常舒適，讓我們幾乎不願出門了…有可以眺望清水寺的温馨户外露台，可以投屏的電視，還有全免費的滿滿一冰箱的零食和各種飲料… 最讓我們驚喜的，是酒店有個僅為住客提供的“祕密出口”，從這無需經前台，直接出到附近街上，每一次走都讓人有一種“羅馬假日”的感覺。 強烈推薦來京都的朋友入住。我們下一次來也一定會再選這裏。
