Highly recommend the room for families on Kyoto. location just steps away from kyoto station, we are staying family room with 2 beds and 3 futons. Room was clean and spacious with long sofa too, the breakfast was great!

The room is great and the view is awesome. Room is clean and tidy.
Access to Kyoto Tower and Tourism Guide Center(inside the train station) is effortless if you compare to other valuable hotel. You may also buy bus ticket to Fuji Q-Highland in the next building. Transportation is easy if you stay there.
The service is quite nice since the staffs are very helpful and so kind(full of smile). Also, they're quite good in English. You may also get the discount voucher to get into Kyoto Tower Observatorium Deck.
Amenities are basic, should be added, like shaving kits, etc.

The beds were on the floor. It was difficult for me with osteoarthritis knee to get on and off bed. Breakfast was OK, not great

Good location, service is good. This is my twice visit there. Recommend to live if you want to travel via public bus or other means.

The hotel is in front of the Jr station the staff are very nice, if you are looking for night life in kyoto then this hotel is not for you as it’s very far from the night life area

Great location and discount ticket for Kyoto tower observatory deck. Definitely recommended for people traveling at the Kyoto JR station.

The hotel is located under the iconic Kyoto Tower and straight up in front of the Kyoto train station.
As expectd, from the room you get grear views of the train station.
Staff were really polite and helpful.
In the ground level some sort of market is held.
Access to instant coffee and tea at the lobby.

Place location was great just north of the Kyoto station and right under(connected) to Kyoto tower. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were allowed storage our luggage there before/after check out for the full day. The rooms were small and quite aged. The washroom was raised so careful of the step. The cleanliness was definitely lacking as it was quite dusty. It is convenient for a quick stay. Interior is in need of a renovation or update.
