This hotel, or should I say motel, is in desperat need of renovation. It's old, tired, tatty, battered and in cheep materials. It's not worth the money and don't deserve the four stars. More likely one. We had a standard room with one queen bed, hard as a rock, and "forrestview". That is a handful of trees, a parkinglot and a smoking area. The room was next to the backstairs with doors slamming constantly. And a aircon loud as a jumbo jet. And it was hot like an oven in the night. We shifted to another room and it was just a tiny bit better. Also right next to the backstairs, but a better bed. It was with Fjord view, but also with roadnoice from a very busy road. The breakfast was pricey and not worth the money. The coffee was terrible.

I traveled all the way from Texas and I am so happy with my decision. A wonderfully friendly hotel with spectacular views, especially from the dining room. I would recommend it to anyone. I can only imagine it is even better in the summer time.

The rooms are dated. The front desk staff is not friendly. The attempt to maximize revenues from each customer creates an uncomfortable environment.

Not a 4 star. 3 star is a stretch. We booked a deluxe room- nothing deluxe here. Very basic and very overpriced. Felt like a motel. Dated. Room smelled of smoke. Only plus is view of the fjord. Not worth it.

I love everything about this hotel! The rooms are cute and so clean! The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The staff were so kind to us and helped us even when we could not speak French. I cannot say this about other places we stayed at in Quebec. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are absolutely delicious. I hope one day I can visit again. I highly recommend this place for every Canadian and people all around the world. Also, it is a great location near the Fjords provincial park.

Chambre avec vue sur le fjord. La vue est magnifique depuis notre petite terrasse. Le lit est confortable, le personnel très agréable et les repas délicieux. L'hôtel manque cependant d'une nouvelle jeunesse. Le canapé dans la chambre est vieillot et peut sembler douteux. La salle de bain a également besoin d'une rénovation. Le tuyau de la douche vous reste dans les mains. Mais le personnel est très réactif et le souci est vite réparé. La localisation permet de belles balades avec vue sur la baie des ha ha !

un grand moment de dépaysement. Cadre et repas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Une jolie chambre sur le lac avec baignoire balnéo au pieds du lit, un balcon agréable malgré ce froid bref un excellent moment. Au restaurant, avec le forfait, un excellent repas nous a été servi et le vin recommandé était à la hauteur. Le service est très agréable tout en étant professionnel.

De l arrivé au départ tout le personnel s’affaire de faire de notre séjour une expérience formidable. La propreté de la chambre est impeccable et le service est extra. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, le chef travail avec des ingrédients du terroir qui donne une expérience gastronomique super !!
