The Chalets Chamarel are the perfect location for an idyllic three or four night break . The accommodation is comfortable and stylish , the food excellent and the service impeccable , but what makes this place so special are the breathtaking views of Ile aux Benetiers and the Le Morne volcano . A five am start to swim with dolphins and snorkel at crystal rock was more than worth the early alarm call . The Ebony Forest with its nature trails is within walking distance , and hotel will arrange a taxi tour of the local sites , or trip to a beach for those without their own hire car .Thanks to Dalidi , Manov and their fantastic team for an unforgettable and unmissable stay

Literally the best experience! The chalets are gorgeous, the view overlooking the coast is stunning with the Morne Brabant on the side. You get this kind of view nowhere else! The staff was extremely helpful and so nice! I had dinner there and the food was delicious. And the manager Manav helped me with all the things I wanted to visit. An absolute must!! I wish I could have stayed longer!!

The panoramic views here were beautiful, excellent customer service and lovely food. Will definitely be returning to this hotel for a longer stay. 5 stars.

we came to chalets chamarel on the first stop of our honeymoon. The staff have all been lovely and made it very special for us. Kirtesh the restraunt manager was amazing and went above and beyond. we would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful scenery and lovely people.

DO NOT GO to its restaurant (with a nice view, by the way) with your child !!! You will LOOSE your precious time and go there by a narrow and long path (1500 m) for nothing… Those people DO NOT accept child guest !! BUT, it’s specified NOWHERE, neither on their website or on location. (The best will have to be aware of this policy somewhere at the beginning of the path with some sign… as suggested to the team… even if they approved the idea : I’m pretty sure they won’t do it !!) SO, BE AWARE … NO CHILD THERE !!!

Chalet chamarel was the best hotel we’ve ever been to! The staff is super friendly and the view is the best one in Mauritius! Book your stay in this romantic getaway! Love it very much! The most beautiful sunset everrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was very accommodating, forthcoming and attentive. Breakfast such as dinner was excellent, the chalet was very cozy. Great place for a couples stay. The view was extraordinary. The sunsets were incredible. It will be very hard to find another place where you could have the same view of landscapes.

We were staying at the hotel 2 nights. If we knew that we love it that much, we would choose to stay longer. From the check in moment you feel you are more than welcome here. All the staff members truly think of every detail you may need. We had breakfasts and dinners, which were so perfect, made of fresh products and served very nice. We have read some comments, that there are limited options of food, but this is boutique hotel with unique attitude, there only 11 chalets, and they can't offer buffet with unlimited products, which they will tbrow away later, it's wasteful. So it's more personal when you get what you want from the menu. And how cool is that option that your bed is made for you every evening? :) Oh, forgot to mention that chalet has the same entrance as the Chamarel park, so you enter it for free, just say that you are going to chalet (except sands, they are not included). But! Every time we entered the park we went to see waterfall :) Views are more than stunning, we have never seen more beautiful views than here. Thank you all for making our stay at Chalet unforgetible. Greetings from Latvia.

Great gate away with a beautiful view. Unfortunately weather was not that great but we still had a nice moment, good food & good service overall. It’s a nice break in the nature ! The view on Le morne, Îles aux benitiers and the west coast are the best :)
