We came for a wedding in Nerja and booked this hotel for a week. Firstly, none of the photos on the website do this hotel justice. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was a lovely surprise how fresh, comfortable and clean this hotel is. All the staff were outstanding, making for a wonderful warm Spanish dish of hospitality. Osca and Maria at front of house were exceptional. We want to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. First of all the hotel is situated in a great location. The common areas are well decorated and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming the entire staff was. From reception to housekeeping and dining they all went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were upgraded and so our room was very big, clean, bed extremely comfortable, plus we had a balcony and sea view. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, quality of food and choice both superb, and the staff were friendly and efficient. There was parking for free in the street and the beach was gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to returning. Le Herradura was quieter than Nerja but we enjoyed drinks in the chiringuitos and the friendliness.

It is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff who are helpful at all times. It is right by the beach and near cafes bars and restaurants. The rooms are large and airy, comfortable and very well serviced every day. breakfast is a delicious buffet with lots of variety. I would most definitely stay there again.

For the first time in my life I paid the cancellation charge and walked rather than spend a night in this very basic hotel. We were being charged over 170 Euro per night room and breakfast for a small dingy badly furnished sea view room. Never in a million years is this a 4 star hotel. The description on the website is a fantasy.

The place was “OK”, a bit dated but comfortable. I was very disappointed by the laundry service: they charged me 100 Euro for a small bag of clothes that would have costed 15 Euro at a normal laundry place. Extremely overpriced for this type of hotel...
The breakfast was also not great, just “OK”

El hotel está en un sitio estupendo, pero lo mejor, las personas que trabajan en él. Recepción, camareros, limpieza. Tuvimos un problema con la batería del parking coche que estaba en el parking y todo fueron facilidades. Muchísimas gracias a todos por hacernos la estancia de nuestras vacaciones tan maravillosas!! Volveremos, seguro!!
