I am writing this with honesty and mindfulness.
It’s a trauma experience. I have been treat toxically.
I wish this hotel bankrupt soon.
GM female in the hotel has very negative melicouis attitude. First as GM, she works in restaurant as a host. Second, when I kindly ask if I could order food back to room since I had a long tired skiing day. She looked at me melicouisly say: no! It’s the law!! Can’t order food service in room. U have to eat here!!! Then I said: ok. Let’s order here.
She said: do u have reservation? I said: no I just arrived. But look restaurant is empty. Can I just sit, eat and go back room to rest?
She said: no. If you have no reservation.
Finally after waited 10 mins in empty restaurant, I finally sit and have my meal. Next day, I left at 6am, like my pants on fire leave this negativity place ASAP
This place have to close busniess!
Be honest, she has mental issure of her own life and reflect her anger on Customers. It’s a tragedy for hotel owner to have a GM like this. It’s so bad for business. I will def not come back. I saw so many other bad review too.
Location:
No shuttle bus, so I have to uber in out cost 60€ around trip to moutier train. Include hotel fee. Around 150€, and you get this **** service. With this money, you can book something closer to train or skiing resort much nicer and skiing in out place.
