A friend and I stayed at this hotel/spa resort for 4 nights in September and I’m so pleased we did. We had a fabulous stay using all the spa facilites and walking along the general paths. There was also a lovely market on Mon. Our stay was Mon-Thurs and if you have no real reason to go on the week-end then I would recommend this time as it will be less busy. The chef is a dream and we enjoyed gastronomic meals every evening. But by far the best part of our stay was the lovely director Germain Dheilly who was so attentive, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed passing time with him in the evenings chatting in the bar. He genuinely wants you to have a good experience and is only too happy to resolve any problems. He is an absolutely delight and a credit to this establishment.

Hôtel agréable, personnel de l'hôtel et du spa sympathique ,l'espace thermale est propre, bien entretenu et varié. Nous avons fini notre expérience au restaurant qui a été très décevant, personnel pas souriant, ambiance froide, un fond de musique serait agréable, cuisine pas bonne, pas travaillé, produits non faits maison sûrement congelés, sans saveur et sans goût. J'ai trouvé un morceau dure comme un os dans mon entrée, pas d'excuse et prétexte d'un trognon de tomate séchée alors que c'était des tomates fraîches. Petit déjeuner très décevant également, viennoiseries et boissons chaudes pas bonnes. Je trouve que l'établissement mériterait d'avoir un personnel de restauration à la hauteur du personnel hôtelier et thermale.

Hotel propre et sympathique. Un peu chaud ce week-end mais ils annoncent du froid. Le spa est très bien. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Un petit cafouillage dans l'organisation de nos soins avec oubli de 2 soins. Rectification faite mais tous les soins ont eu lieu le même jour et à la suite (2 massages dans la même journée) alors que passions 3 jours...

Hôtel et Spa. Belle chambre avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et le parc. Peu de bruit, le calme assuré. Chambre spacieuse… Tout était agréablep petit dej correct Cocktails au bar et planche apéritive servis avec le sourire… Vraiment rien a redire

Accueil catastrophique, surtout ne jamais leur demander quelque chose....impossible de dîner au restaurant , toujours une excuse pour vous envoyer ailleurs. Vraiment une adresse à éviter

Bon hotel pour un séjour detente spa. Le spa est au top et propre. Les chambres sont propres, attention a la moquette (taches). La literie est bonne et le repos de qualité. La tv est trop petite, difficile a regarder du lit… Le cadre est magnifique, avec un beau parc et une belle promenade au dessus de l’hôtel. Les animaux sont acceptés et ca fait une grosse différence dans le choix. Accueil au top, disponibilité et gentillesse en plus de la compétence. Nous reviendrons et conseillons cet hotel qui reste a améliorer pour passer un palier.

Nous recherchions un hôtel pour un week-end en amoureux avec un vrai spa et pas seulement un simple jacuzzi. Nous avons longtemps hésité avant de réserver suite aux mauvaises critiques et surtout à cause des photos du SPA et de l'hôtel, pas du tout vendeuses ☹️ Nous avons été agréablement surpris en arrivant sur place, les chambres sont tout à fait correctes, le SPA comprend différents bassins avec jets et bulles, 2 jacuzzi, 2 hammam et un centre de soins. Beaucoup plus joli en vrai qu'en photo 🙂 Le pdj est très bien. Malgré les environs qui donnent pas très envie de se promener, il y a un grand parc et une jolie rivière à côté de l'hôtel. Petit conseil : Prévoyez vos oreillers 😉 Nous reviendrons 🙂

Ce n'est pas la faute du personnel qui fait preuve de beaucoup de patience et de bonne volonté. C'est la direction, et en particulier le directeur qui est au-dessous de tout et maltraite les clients. Expérience et réflexion faites, nous nous demandons : n'a-t-il jamais fréquenté une école hôtelière ?
