This modern village apartment is an ideal holiday spot for couples or families with children.
A perfect holiday apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) situated in La Marina Village just back from an amazing blue flag sand beach backed by dunes and a small forest. A wonderful stroll though farmland and forest.
2 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - Living Room - Kitchen - Balcony - Extra Large Sunroof - Lift Next To The Door
It has a master bedroom and balcony with en suite shower room/basin/loo and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a family Bathroom/bath/shower/basin/bidet/loo.
Insect nets to the windows, so open windows at night no problem.
Fresh linen & towels are provided.
Cleaning and Laundry after you leave is a mandatory 60 euro payable in cash (unless already paid in at key collection to our onsite support couple who also provides their constant on hand help and support throughout your stay.
They are not travel reps but a small 2 person business.
The living room and master bedroom have a balcony with fabulous sea views over 20 miles of coastline.
Ceiling fans and air conditioning are installed, and a full kitchen . Electricity is supplied through a simple one euro coin meter.
Satellite Tv - Uk FreeSat (with Spanish modifications) flat screen Tv, lots of paperbacks, and games.
Wifi is installed
There are restaurants, bars and shops within 100 yards,
Easy free parking within 20 yards, and buses stop in both directions just 50 yards away.
A village size supermarket, chemist, mobile phone shop, beauty, massage & health salon, a bank, paper shop, vets, tobacconists, tourist info, hairdressers, fishmongers, butchers, post office all close by, and right next door, a fresh bread & cake shop.
Wifi is available at 2 bar/restaurants within 50 yds. They’ll give you their passcode. Sit in or outside with a drink
