Une partie de l’hôtel est en travaux, donc pas d’accès à la piscine ni d’accès au spa avant la fin des travaux. Les chauffage est en maintenance dû au passage de la clim au chauffage, donc pas opérationnel avant quelques jours.

The hotel is located in a beautiful tourist area, by the sea, the reception is good and the services are excellent, the staff are very nice, the food is delicious, there are many places to rest and relax, feel calm, I wish to return again to the hotel, thank you staff and management for the good reception and Gentle trea**ent.

Hôtel horrible , incroyable arnaque pour un soit disant 5 étoiles : -pas de wifi dans la plupart des chambres et cartes clés ne fonctionnent pas ,il faut sans cesse redescendre à la réception -buffet d’une petit déjeuner nul et sans rien , ne vaut pas un 2 étoiles -restaurants fermés le soir lors de notre arrivée !!! sinon 1 seul en servie , un horrible buffet infect et hors de prix , TOUS les autres restaurants sont FERMÉS -belle piscine mais musique assourdissante , clientèle locale bruyante , enfants hurlants et jetant de la nourriture partout , toilettes innommables…. -PAS DE PLAGE NI ACCÈS À UNE PLAGE

Le seul point positif à cet hôtel est la piscine qui est très grande avec beaucoup de transats, pour tout le reste, rien ne va : Le Clim est presque inexistante dans les chambres, et complètement à l’arrêt dans les espaces communs comme les couloirs ou le hall d’entrée, alors que les températures avoisinent les 40 degrés à l’ombre en septembre Le personnel y est laxiste, ne fait aucun effort pour satisfaire les clients, tout tourne au ralenti, on a presque l’impression de déranger pour demander un verre. L’hôtel est complètement vétuste, vieillot, à besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, le coût est totalement abordable mais le nom de palace ou hôtel 5 étoiles est complètement hors sujet. Je suis allée ensuite au movenpick à quelques km, c’était le jour et la nuit, un vrai 5 étoiles avec tout ce que l’on attend d’un 5 étoiles.

Bon accueil personnel sympa quelques détails gênant tels que manque de prise dans la chambre et la télévision qui ne diffuse que des chaînes arabes. Sinon l’hôtel est majestueux chambre donnant sur la mer, ainsi qu’une très belle piscine. Seul bémol le restaurant est cher et pas bon + attente interminable malgré le peu de monde changez de cuisinier !!!!! Petit déjeuner copieux !!!!!

Hôtel qui ne présente aucune caractéristique d'un 5 étoiles comme il se le pretend. Les chambres sont d'un autre temps. UNE seule prise dans toute la chambre et qui plus est très mal située. Le petit déjeuner ferme tôt à 10h et la nourriture qui y est proposée est digne d'une cantine scolaire. Le matin, nous sommes réveillés à 8h par des bruits de perceuses dans notre murs, au moins pas possible de rater le petit déj !
