Beautiful and new hotel, friendly staff, beautiful and spacious room located on the garden. Ingenious design with 'hidden' kitchen behind sliding doors. Spacious bathroom with lovely shower. Plenty of storage space everywhere. The breakfast and dinner buffet was fine, but in my opinion the food could be a bit warmer. Delicious fresh orange juice for breakfast. As far as I'm concerned, there are two areas for improvement: the WiFi connection in the room was poor. And since there is no cell phone service there either, it was difficult to work. Anyway, we were also there to have a bit of a holiday. Furthermore, I thought the dinner time was a bit late, from 8 p.m. We Dutch are used to eating around 6 p.m., so it was quite a wait for us. Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds with nice cushions. Although we were there in the late season of course. The pool was not heated so the water was quite cold. An extra compliment for Sara from reception, she is a real go-getter. She knows what I'm talking about ;-). And to Alexander: thanks for the upgrades following the rebooking last April. We really appreciated that! We'll definitely be back in March 2025!

Really love the hotel although it is worth highlighting that it is definitely a hotel you need a car for. We were let down by the fact the air con was switched to winter setting during our stay, which meant the room was hotter than 25 degrees. We were told nothing could be done about this and we would need to open a door to cool the room. We had a baby with us and we were concerned about the temperature of the room, but the guests in the next room smoked and opening the door caused our room to smell. There were also some loud dogs in the neighbourhood who continuously barked and this could be heard with the door open. At times we had no choice but to open the doors as the room was so unpleasantly hot, this led to me having multiple mosquito bites. Between the heat and the bites, it made sleeping really hard and we did not feel rested. After 3 days of being told nothing could be done it then seemed to be rectified which meant the last 2 days were much more pleasant (not sure how this couldn't be fixed immediately) I would definitely stay there again but only on the guarantee that the rooms would remain cool throughout the stay.

Assigned room due to late arrival a far cry from the picture on the website....Unfriendly check-in and check-out staff and unjustified charges upon checkout which were forced upon us!

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious & the staff are amazing also, a big shout out to Sara, she was so helpful, the bar staff are all very pleasant, I saw that folk had written abou t staff being slow & rude but his is not the case! We will be back as we had a lovely relaxing time, I will say one negative thing about the food, it could have been hotter!
