Did not liked being charged for the safe.

10 out of 10 for everything. Beautiful surroundings with beautiful well maintained gardens. Amazing breakfasts, the variety was outstanding. Large bedroom and bathroom and we had a balcony. Swimming pool was excellent. Walkable distance to the beach and different restaurants as we went b&b. I did have trouble with a socket in the bedroom and needed some more milk, so I asked about it in reception and before I got back to the room the electrician and the maid were waiting at the door for me! The whole place was clean and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going there again .

Comfortable accommodation in a very well run hotel with plenty of excellent facilities. Well trained staff who were always helpful and customers who were generally older generation and well behaved.

Spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. The courtesy facility for late departure was a new experience and superb. Pool complex had numerous loungers

Should have more than 2 coffee machines (1 often not working)for breakfast serving ~350.

We loved almost everything about this hotel - impressive lobby, amazing plants, friendly staff, beautiful Christmas decorations and fabulous breakfasts.

The outside spaces were lovely and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. Loved the resident
hedgehog.
The room had worn out furniture, and the mattress was really hard. The hot food on the breakfast buffet went cold quickly. Best to eat lunch outside of the hotel.
