Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos

This place is truly beautiful and very well maintained. So peaceful! The layout of the rooms are so well thought out and make things so easy. Staff are so wonderful! You definitely need to experience this place.

A singularly spectacular experience. The service, the food, and the location were all top notch. The attention to detail my everyone we interacted with is not only superior to all other tropical resorts but also above all other Four Seasons I have visited. In particular, the pool server at the ocean pool, Iveth. Midday sun in the 90’s she moved heavy wooden lounge chairs— offered to move us again as the sun changed. Followed us out to the beach itself with ice water in tow. All with a warm smile on her face. Best octopus I have ever had. (Minos) Best fish tacos I have ever had. (And I’ve had zillions) (Casa de Brasa) Best tres leches cake …ever. (CdB) Otoro sushi …unbelievably good (Minos) The breakfast buffet is as good as it gets. See photo from my son’s banana pancakes… And above all — and what we paid so much for— peaceful & serine uncrowded pools and beaches. Pro tip: portions are huge. Order accordingly. 10/10.

I would highly recommend this resort. There is no detail that they miss, the rooms are immaculate the staff delivers the best customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. I felt so special and pampered the entire time. The resort itself is incredible, right next to a gorgeous swimmable beach

Beach it’s ok - I guess for Cabo is better than others.

A decent resort but not up to our expectations for a Four Seasons resort. The pools were nice with large hot tubs in the adults area. However, you can barely see the ocean from the pools. We are used to enjoying beautiful ocean views at a beachfront resort. The resort is also built fairly far from the actual waterfront, making the beach very deep and a pretty long distance to walk from to get to the ocean. The distance combined with the cool water at the end of March meant we only went to the beach once out of our 4 days. The level of service was also not what we expected from a Four Season's. For example, the hotel messaged us to arrange a time to pick up our luggage prior to departure but then nobody showed up. It would've been easier for us to just plan to carry our luggage. The resort seemed maybe a quarter full at most, and it felt like they had less staff as a result of that. Patrons were extremely spread out and the staff as well, so not as attentive as they could have been. All of the employees actually working were great, just not enough of them. The management was not as responsive as we've seen in the past from Four Season's. I got a GI bug from something at the resort on our last day (unsure what since I only drank their water bottles and ate the food there but this is always a risk in Mexico I guess). I commented about this in the survey they sent us after our stay but received absolutely no response about it which makes me think they aren't really trying to use surveys to improve. At a prior Four Season's we left a minor suggestion for improvement at the spa in our survey, and they were unnecessarily responsive in offering a discount for the future. The juxtaposition of the responses to a more significant GI illness at Los Cabos with a minor issue elsewhere was surprising for a luxury hotel. The food was very good at the breakfast restaurant but mediocre for the other restaurants we tried during our stay. Since I'm not sure where I got my GI illness, I can't recommend which options to avoid. The drinks at the pool were good but often with long wait times to find someone to order from. We will definitely look for something better for our next visit to Cabo.

No crowds, no lines, just a serenity of endless and empty beaches, perfect service, beautiful rooms and grounds. Several restaurants serving the freshest food. Some of the best hotel pools we’ve seen. We will be back for sure.

Expensive but worth it--a terrific property with lovely staff, superb facilities and amazing food. We loved the our suite, the four restaurants and the fitness complex. My wife enjoyed a massage and facial in the spa, even though prices were off the charts expensive. The beach is simply breathtaking and eating breakfast each morning overlooking the Sea of Cortez was a wonderful way to start the day.

Highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos. Incredible beach, suites, spa, every detail is perfect. Great restaurants, food & drinks, and several pools to choose from. Attentive staff and very clean.

The Four Seasons at Costa Palmas is one of the best hotels in Mexico. The place is amazing, the beach in unbelievable, the restaurants are delicious and the service is beyond top notch. If you want to treat yourself and forget about the world, this is THE place to go.
