酒店是la Rochelle 唯一的五星級酒店，位於城市市中心，酒店的工作人員都很友好，辦理入住時候非常有耐心，而且會詳細介紹酒店各功能區。房間很寬敞，乾淨明亮，適合家庭出行。準備在室外吃早飯，工作人員貼心的幫我把選好的餐盤端出去，還給蓋上罩子，非常細心。

Впервые решили съездить на берег Бискайского залива и посетить город Ла-Рошель. Были удивлены приветливостью персонала! Специалисты со стойки ресепшен рассказали все о городе, подсказали как добраться до Форта Боярд, забронировали стол в ресторане! Сам отель очень красивый! Номера чистые, очень красивый мини-бар!

Excellent! Der Service ist sensationell gut. Die Zimmer sauber , groß genug mit kleiner Küche und Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Poolbar. Am heißesten Tag Europas war dieses Hotel unsere Rettung. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto das Personal war super nett und hat uns geholfen unser Auto bis in die Tiefgarage zu bringen. Die Bar ist gut bestückt und zum Drink bekommt man auch professionelle Informationen.
Wir haben Den Wellnessbereich genutzt mit Sauna, Dampfsauna und Massage. Es gab insgesamt nur positive Erfahrungen. Das Personal ist jeder im Einzelnen mehrsprachig. Großartig! Wir kommen gern wieder .

The best location! Staff is extremely polite and helpful.
We had a room facing the pool and one thing that was a bit annoying is that the music speakers at the pool were going late into the evening and we had to call to get them to turn it off. (Which they did every time) but after 10 pm, please turn off the music outside.

Amazing little find for a short stay in La Rochelle. Small boutique hotel with great service and even better cocktails! We could have stayed for longer. One downside was the pool area which is more of a dipping pool and there was a bit of scramble to find a sun bed in the sun! Would highly recommend and would go again. Only other downside is that smoking is allowed in some parts of the hotel.
