Nous avons réservé un séjour en 2020. Celui-ci a été annulé pour cause Covid. Début octobre, je réponds à un mail demandant le remboursement. En réponse à ce mail, je reçois « nous avons bien reçu votre demande, le remboursement sera effectué en deans les 4 semaines ». 1 mois 1/2 plus tard, toujours rien. Je prends contact via la ligne payante.... et après une longue attente, l’opératrice m’annonce que le remboursement n’a pas eu lieu car demandé trop tôt... (pourtant réponse à leur mail).... mais qu’elle s’en occupe .... et que je recevrai une demande de Rib endéans les 48 heures. Évidemment, je n’ai rien reçu. Surtout, ne commandez jamais via Pierre et Vacances
