Though the room and bathroom were lovely , the convoluted checkin process was not. This room is in a very non-salubrious area of Le Spezia and while waiting out the front for a call back from the host to give us entry instructions I felt quite threatened. Parking is scarce in this town ( though we did manage to find some , trust your google maps ) Be careful when you do enter as the stairwell is poorly lit. I pressed what I hoped was a light switch but it was the door bell of a very vocal and irate señora. A few minor changes to streamline the checkin process and advice about light switches would certainly make this a more attractive option.

Totally ok stay for the money. The hotel didnt have any parking and we had to park outside on the street, but nothing happened to the car. Nice and clean rooms.

Très propre, complètement rénové.15 minutes de marche de la gare, près du secteur des restaurants. Petit balcon avec 2 chaises.

Prenotate tre stanze per tre giorni in questo b&b , ma la sorpresa è arrivata nel pomeriggio quando ci è stato comunicato che le stanze disponibili dal giorno seguente erano solo due !!! Una vergogna!! Siamo ripartiti TUTTI. Partire da Roma e dover ripartire il giorno dopo senza poter effettuare una gita alle 5 terre è SCANDALOSO.

Belle chambre, moderne, propre
L'hôte nous a bien donné toutes les explications pour les clefs. Très facile.
Concernant le lieu, pas facile d'accès en voiture, pas de place pour stationner. Rue sombre, situation pas très rassurante.

Parkplatz ist keiner vorhanden - viel Glück beim selber suchen.
Ansonsten waren die Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut.

Le logement est très agréable à part 2-3 détails embêtants quand on a des enfants (porte de douche qui ne ferme pas complètement, pluie de douche en continu, bouton difficile pour changer vers la pomme de douche : froid d’un côté, chaud de l’autre…).
Nous étions parties aux cinque terre comme tous les visiteurs de la région : notre hôtesse a eu la gentillesse de garder nos bagages, réceptionnés par la femme de ménage.
Retour tardif et explications alambiquées pour récupérer la clé. Par contre la clim n’a pas fonctionné, un peu chaud.
Bon endroit je recommande, sauf si, comme nous, vous aimez bien échanger avec les hôtes des logements.
