One block from central train station so it's very convenient when touring Cinque Terre. The room is clean, bed is firm but comfortable. Amenities include fridge, blowdryer, coffee maker. Cons: street outside is sketchy, towels were very musty and tight shower space.

First I didn’t realize it is apartment that was turn into rooms smelly cigar ate smell at the corridor and room smells like sewer.
I share my thoughts with the owner who I never met and converse via what’s up.
You n general do not stay in this s city ! Dirty there are much better places to make as a base

This place is a hidden gem!!! It’s a family own and managed guest rooms, the room was amazing!! Very clean!! Very comfortable!! The mother and the son were incredible!! The place is in the best location, right by the main center and the train station is right across the street. I would definitely go back there I would rate this place 10/10!!! Without a doubt!!

Ideale posizione per chi arriva a La Spezia in treno; a pochi passi dal centro. Le camere portano il nome delle località delle cinqueterre. Soggiornato in occasione del 70° raduno dei bersaglieri. La camera "MANAROLA" (dove abbiamo pernottato) è pulita ed accogliente, insonorizzata, per cui risulta silenziosa nonostante si affacci su una strada molto trafficata. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto con merendine e succhi di frutta, oltre agli infusi per poter preparare bevande calde. Molto gentili e disponibili la Signora Annamaria e il figlio Gianluca. Decisamente da consigliare

Ci siamo fermati solo due notti per visitare le 5 terre. La camera pulita e silenziosa, molto carina con il terrazzo, i proprietari molto disponibili, è a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro dove si trovano bar, ristoranti e negozi. Un peccato aver soggiornato solo due notti.

Consigliatissimo! Titolari molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima di fronte alla stazione, molto comoda sia per raggiungere il centro e il porto sia per prendere il treno per le Cinque Terre. Ambienti molto puliti, profumati e moderni! Siamo state davvero bene, grazie!!
