Joli hôtel sympa. L'accueil chaleureux et convivial. Juste à l'entrée de La Spezia, impeccable pour visiter " les cinque Terre 🌎. Le petit déjeuner copieux et agréable. Le calme et la beauté de la montagne Juste à côté de la mer. Bravo

The room was a good size, it was comfortable. The bathroom was to small and the shower was so small you could hardly turn. The door of the bathroom jammed, so it was really uncomfortable to go in and out the the bathroom. I told this to the receptionist, nothing happend. The room was also noisy, you could hear people talk outside on the balcony. We especially booked a hotel outside the city for some peace. The staff was friendly and the breakdown was okee.

The hotel is very old, no renovation since building! The room are very noisy, one can hear toilet flush from the room next! The bathroom was too small and the shower itself was a joke! I will never book this hotel again and my advise would be, avoid this hotel and look for a better one!

Hotel Nella is located high in the hills behind La Spezia. Ample parking and great staff. They were helpful with tips of where to visit and where to eat. The rooms are clean but quite small. The shower is extremely small, but the water pressure is good.

Nice hotel close to restaurantes and bus stop not far from spezia to take the train to cinque Terre We drove from vertibo to this location and The views are amazing and is locate Great service and the people that works there are really nice and helpful They speak English and Spanish too We love it Please administration make sure the address is right on the ********** app

I had to leave because room above was leaking all over my bathroom and management did nothing. They knew in advance it was leaking and still rented the room

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. No apparent lift so could be a problem for disabled. Average sized clean room with desk and average bathroom space. Note hotel is somewhat distant from La Spezia or other attractions. Continental breakfast slightly above average with friendly staff.
