The apar**ent was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown.

Vanity in bathroom leaked all over the floor after opening bottom drawer. Front door difficult to open. Room over scented.Full of mosquitoes. Need I say more.

Very disappointed. Got text from owner that they were "overbooked".. the text was in Italian and I had to translate it on the Internet.. the phone number in the text/booking did not pick-up my phone call.. text advised that I go to another accommodation 40 minutes away from La Spezia. Since I want to La Spezia in order to visit Cinque Terre, this was far from practical.
********** support helped arrange better alternative in the end.
Think twice before booking this property.

Appena siamo entrati in casa, abbiamo scoperto che, l’appartamento è accessibile a sconosciuti, e che la nostra camera non poteva essere chiusa a chiave. Luogo sporco, pieno di insetti e le finestre non avevano nemmeno i vetri! Abbiamo subito prenotato in un altro posto! Allucinante trovare camere del genere!

Si j’avais pu mettre zéro je l’aurai fait Un logement presque insalubre Une puanteur cachée de misère par des déodorant branchés sur prise électrique Aucun contact avec le loueur Une vue sur cour … comment dire .. Petit déjeuner degeulasse avec lait périmé depuis un an 30’ de la gare à pied Parking gratuit sur une avenue hyper passante si vous avez de la chance Bref a fuir N’y allez pas tout simplement

A localização é boa e tem meios de transporte próximos. A acomodação é simples e estava bem limpa. Como só ficamos duas noites foi tranquilo. Único incidente foi um noite que acabou a água quente antes de terminar o banho, mas como estava muito quente não foi um grande problema.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in una camera poco accogliente, con tinteggiatura vecchia e con un odore di chiuso. La mia camera non era presente nelle foto mostrate sul sito web e la colazione, al contrario di quanto scritto, non era compresa nel pacchetto. Il mio "appartamento" era dotato di pochi confort, addirittura la finestra del bagno non si chiudeva, con all'interno una porta sulla quale era indicato il cartello "divieto di accesso"; inoltre, la finestra della camera dava sul cortile interno di un'altra abitazione. Il check in è stato effettuato online e nessuno si è presentato alla mia porta, tanto che mi è stato chiesto di lasciare i soldi della tassa di soggiorno in camera in una busta che sarebbero poi passati a ritirare. Unico aspetto positivo: la pulizia, anche se la biancheria che ci è stata offerta era usurata.

Era pieno di zanzare, aria condizionata non pervenuta! L'unica cosa che si poteva salvare era il bagno, che è nuovo! Letto scomodo e alle 2 di notte ci ha svegliati il campanello! Non ci torneremo!
