The room was clean and spacious… heat worked well and agent was very hospitable. However, I wasn’t able to just checkin due to an issue with a
Prepayment issue but Trip.com resolved the issue and followed up to ensure that the issue was resolved successfully and hurst made me feel like my business
Was important to them.

If i have - stars to give I prob. Give minus stars.
After booking I got to know they had bed bugs in their hotel.so before we go there 5 days in advanced I wanted to cancel, they refused to pay me.
It is not my home bed bugs in your hotel, I have a toddler who is allergy to insects.Even I try to reach hotel manager but no body answer the phone until today.From the Trip.com side also no assistance. Useless.
They charged me 277 dollars.Insane.

Check in was quirky in that she claimed the reservation was under a different name, for the incorrect number of nights and unpaid. That got cleared up.
The room was clean, but could use repairs and an update. The closet door was secured shut with scotch tape. There were no tissues or drinking cups. There was what looked like a shower cap over the smoke alarm, which I'm sure is a violation.
This location served its purpose this time, but I won't be staying again.

Travelling with kids and the pool was closed…wasn’t allowed to check out and search for another location with a pool even though we had just checked in 10 mins previous

I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but this place was too bad not to. Checking in I was handed a room key that looked to be used, it had grease stains on it and the key card holder had white out over the room number. One of the elevator buttons barely worked so you had to push it a special way to get the button to light up. I get to my room and there is not a single towel in the room and all of the lights are unplugged. I try to call the front desk for towels and the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and let them know there were zero towels in the room and they give me 1 singular full size towel that had stains all over it. I left the sign on the door asking for room service the following day and when I returned that night no one had cleaned the room so I was still without new towels. I could go on and on about how poorly everything seemed to be ran and nothing seemed clean. I would avoid this location if possible.

The motel is located in an industrial area surrounded with factories and go-go bars…I found crack vials in a draw along with melted plastic and insect parts…the pool was closed to customers…and the clerk behind the bulletproof glass was not much help.
We left and went to a real motel.

The hotel was tired looking and needs repairs and upgrades. Poor Shower head, poor bathroom set-up and noisy fan. Breakfast was limited and not very good. Elevator did not go to 2nd floor where we were staying. Location was perfect for our needs and the price was probably equal to the value of the hotel. The overall experience was not what I expected from La Quinta.
