There were several reviews about this hotel that were negative. But our stay was great and we do not have any negative things to say about the hotel.

It was ok. Cheap place to sleep. Walls are thin, bed was uncomfortable. Stains on the couch.

The room was very clean, and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was good, and kept stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel has bed bugs. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Outside of that the staff were helpful and every thing was alright. Hotel is in need of a major renovation soon.

We feel it needs to be updated in the rooms with modern new coffee pod make, shower , shampoo/conditioner dispenser. New fresh paint. It looked old and felt old. Coffee in the lobby needed changed and should be fresh hot and not cold.

Our suite was just ok! Definitely not worth my $350 total bill.
We arrived late so we basically got ready for bed and planned to watch tv.
Our tv never did work.
When we woke we noticed blood on 2 pillows and one of the sheets! Ugh! It was obvious the sheets had been washed previously because the blood was brown.

Check in went ok, but we were immediately told the pool was out of order and has been for two weeks. I specifically booked the hotel because of locality and it had a pool. I could have booked a cheaper room elsewhere there were 8 different hotels at this exit on the highway. This room was very expensive for its rating. I’m am asking to have a partial refund for the 309.00 that I paid for this room. False information regarding the facility isn’t acceptable and leads to very disappointing stay.
