The AC didn’t work, but maintenance did try to come fix it at 10:00pm. The room still didn’t get cold. The bathroom was too small.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and this time it was just very very dirty. I don’t even believe my room had been cleaned and if it had you couldn’t tell. I moved rooms and had the same problem. The gym had no working water. They need to upgrade and update this hotel.

Super great service with shuttle pick up/drop off from General aviation FBO. Also loved the warm cookie! Room is old but clean and spacious!

Leak in the bathroom ceiling with mold. Peeling wallpaper. Last update seems like it was 20 years ago. Average hotelyay used be nice.

The first 2 nights i was in a double when i paid for a queen so uncomfortable on the website it said queen and that was a lie

This hotel is so beautiful and clean. It was decorated for Christmas and was just gorgeous. Perfect location to downtown restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The exterior of the hotel as well the location are nice and attractive. My room a bit less so (a large stain on the curtains, the shower curtain was a bit tattered and the tub drain lift did not lift), but the bed linens were good and I liked the view out my window of the water, bridge and regular American townscape).

Host very nice. Staff wonderful ! We have stayed here several times but this time the Building was under repairs or half way and the walls were in disarray. Sheetrock torn. Carpet peeled up in places. Mold in our bathroom tub. No toilet paper. The carpets were filthy. The bed was broken and the mattress was old where it be fed in the middle.

Have attending a conference there annually for many years. The hotel is consistently immaculately clean and conference facilities are first rate. Little disappointed that the in-house restaurant was not available for lunch during the week.
