I didn’t even stay there. The address to the property is not even the address. I went 20. Min out of my way. Called the hotel to cancel, they told me I had to call ******* to do it and ******* told me they couldn’t cancel because it was already “in progress” whatever that means. ******* also told me that the hotel already charged my card, when I chose to “pay at property”. Called the hotel, they said they did not charge my card. Anyways. It was a huge ordeal. All I wanted to do was cancel my room, didn’t get to and they charged me full price. Terrible customer service too.
