Due to the lack of an elevator in the building, the ground floor rooms are without a doubt the best option for a comfortable stay. Upon entering the room, we are greeted with a refreshing ambiance. The room itself is new and clean, exuding a sense of freshness and modernity. The management's attention to cleanliness is commendable, as the room is spotless and well-maintained. The aircon works perfectly which adds to the overall satisfaction of the stay. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, offering the right amount of support, contributing to a pleasant sleep experience. However, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, it is worth mentioning that the breakfast is served in a separate building, which means guests have to venture outside to enjoy their morning meal. Although this may not be ideal for those who prefer convenience, the quality and variety of the breakfast options compensate for this inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel only has one swimming pool. Although the pool is well-maintained, it can be crowded during peak times. On a positive note, the staff are polite and accommodating. They go the extra mile to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. The attentive and friendly service contributes to a pleasant overall experience.
