Perfect location, lots to do at hotel. Free breakfast, supper and 3 free drinks can't beat it. Walking distance to Disney Springs, shuttle to parks. Clean room, lots of towels, fridge, microwave & giant pool with hot tub. Felt like I was at a resort in the Caribbean. Will definitely be back.

酒店很乾凈，服務很熱情，就是去迪斯尼的班車不太多。早餐種類不太多，但是提供自己做米老鼠華夫餅對小朋友來説比較有吸引力。

衞生：衞生不錯，東西都感覺不老挺新的
飲料和開胃小菜:每天都有一些免費的食物以及酒水，雖然不一定用得到但很暖心

Very convenient and close to Disney Springs (about 15 minute walk) and able to see fireworks from Epcot. The only drawback is the shuttle service. We like it overall and offer free breakfast compared to all of the Disney resorts which you have to pay for.

Great place to stay. In a convenient area to get to all the parks. There are lots of dining options around the hotel as well. Servicing of our room was a little lackluster. Trash cans were always moved and left all over the room so each day we had to return them to their place. Our coffee was only stocked one day of our 5 night stay and no creamer or sugar was left. We loved the extended suite space for our two teenage kids. It comfortably fit our family of 4. But we did feel the room was a bit over priced for what it was. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend staying here for your Disney vacation.

Rooms, pool, and dining were all great. Shuttles to parks were handy and on time (we went in Feb so also not crowded). Wish there was an airport shuttle. The happy hour snacks are dinner! We were pleasantly surprised and somewhat shocked at the amount of food available.

From check in to check out, we received such great friendly courteous and unequalled hospitality from everyone. Place and room is clean and everyone even at the restaurants were friendly. Great customer service.

Really surprised at the transformation from the Best Western to the Drury Plaza. Always loved the location. staff and price at the Best Western and the change is amazing. And glad to see a few of the Best Western Employees joined the Drury Team.
