Great hotel food courts good but a little bit dated room was clean gift shops nice pool is good lots of good photo opportunities

Check in is at 6 p.m. which is truly inconvenient since check out is at 11 a.m, Our room wasn't ready until after 7 p.m. Our room had a dead roach in it. On top, you need to pay for parking which is ridiculous.
When you call the front desk, it takes over 10 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The rooms are small and cramped.4 of us in a room was truly tooooo much. The room wasn't cleaned while we stayed.

All star movies was great for my little girls, your fully immersed in a Disney resort with plenty to see and do. My girls especially loved the toy story building where we were staying. You can also walk to and explore all star music and all star sports

Very understaffed, and not very accommodating. Great location and the shuttle is great! Would recommend for the money! Free Magical express to and from airport is VERY convenient!

1. 디즈니월드의 매직킹덤,애니멀킹덤,엡캇,할리우드 스튜디오,블라자드 비치,타이푼 라군,디즈니 스프링스로 이동하는 셔틀버스 무료
4개의 파크와 2개의 워터파크 그리고 디즈니 스프링스까지 아주 편하게 이동 가능함
2.파크에 30분 일찍 얼리파크인 가능
3.리조트 내 수영장 이용가능
워터슬라이드 같은 화려한 시설은 없지만 넓고 쾌적해서 놀기좋음
단점
1.식사 할곳이 부족
리조트 안에 푸드코트가 있지만 메뉴가 한정되어 있어 밥 먹기 쉽지 않았음
2.청소서비스가 매일 있지 않았음,요청해야 해주는듯
3.그다지 친절하다고 느끼진 못함, 디즈니식의 친절하고 다정한 서비스를 받진 못함
