Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the a**osphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

The room was beautiful and wonderful options for dining. The bed was lumpy, shower made a high pitch noise when turned on, the staff wasn’t the friendliest when asking for a cotton pillow due to allergies one never came after several calls.

Hotel room was beautiful, comfortable bed, spacious, clean. Some oddities, no fridge, no hand towels. The room had a large bath tub. Very slippery and dangerous, no way to grab on to it and get out. Elevators broken. Check in process was absolutely ridiculous and the line was 75 people deep.

Rooms were very nice. Bed was really comfy. Loved the bath tub and stand in shower. Overall, great stay.

Everything was nice but the room i travel .... all i wanted to do is rest , eat ,WATCH TV .....but tv was broken in room 853....very upset ruined my stay

The property and stay was excellent. The lack of dining in hotel or close by after 10 p.m was depressing when you cant get food and eat later no refrigerator or microwave in room .

Safe box in the room did not work upon check in. No one from maintenance or front desk answered the phone for 30 min of trying. Walked down to front desk in order to notify them as we had things we needed to secure. Front desk was polite and sent a message to maintenance to repair the safe. Later in thr evening we retuned to the room, the safe had been worked on but still did not work or lock properly.
