Gateway Inn

My kids and I stayed after the storm for 3 days in rm 14. The staff was very polite and helpful. During our stay, we noticed a couple who wore the same outfits daily. I'd like to add that that couple works very well together and are very professional. They did an outstanding job. The woman who cleans the rooms, was very very nice and always smiling. But there was an Asly girl who was very rude and I caught her taking *****. When asked for help, she was rude and began cussing. Please do better with her. The rest of the staff was wonderful except for Ashly. Thank you. Susan Carter

When we made the move from Montana to Florida we didn’t have a place to stay yet . After spending a ton of money on the “main” hotels we decided to find something more extended and would fit our budget . The staff here went above and beyond to help us get in a room and even added another dresser and chairs to make it more comfortable to us and the kids till our apt is ready . Around every turn they made sure we were felt valued and are super accommodating !!! All the room are receiving facelifts slowly and are looking great . From what I understand they are under new ownership and management and I have to say they are doing a fantastic job . I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience . The rooms are very clean and we have not had any issues at all . 10/10 !!

This was shocking. Price was nice and we found out why. Dirty, no service, and not real friendly. Never again! I understand that they are going thru changes, but service should never be non existent. ************ all over. Our fridge was frozen when we walked in, toilet was dirty, air system filthy. Linens may be outdated, but it was just plain dirty.
