Unfortunately, I had an issue with the first room I reserved and was moved to another room to only have more issues with that room, too. The staff was amazing, very friendly and tried to correct the problems, but unfortunately these problems were too inconvenient for me to want to stay here again.

Great stay. There’s no place like lake havasu city. And this hotel does an outstanding job at making sure you feel comfortable,safe,and most of all welcomed

Good location, 15min walk to bridge and fast food across the street. A bit of traffic noise but room fan created white noise. Breakfast was minimal with waffles, yogart, coffee and an orange. No meat or eĝgs. Front desk was personable and cooperative. Ròom could use a deep cleaning, but sill OK for the price.

The floor made our feet black when we walked in our bare feet! We didn't realize it was dirty until we looked at our feet in the shower!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. There was a lady who was working the front desk and she yelled and screamed at my children for being "too loud" and made them cry. She then kicked us out of the hotel and refused to give me any sort of refund for the night that we did not end up staying. Terrible, bitter woman

On a Saturday night in February lots of road noise, happily resolving at a reasonable hour and muted by a closed window. Comfortable bed. Overall dated, some mold along the base in the bathroom. Two stories/no elevator.
Thin enough walls/door connecting to allow significant neighbor noise.

Room booked was comfortable and clean however parking area and other outside areas were not maintained. Pool had items floating on top which discouraged our use.

Staff was very friendly but The room was disgustingly dirty. Crusty blood on the blanket on the bed. Floor and shower had hair all over it. Walls also were very dirty with what I’m guessing was some kind of bodily fluids.
