The location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect! Highly recommend? The picture was taken directly outside my room. What more could you ask for at an excellent facility. When in lake Havasu be sure to stay at the heat.

Great location super friendly host at the front desk. Wow what a view of the bridge especially at night all lit up. Five star in my book.

The hotel is in a perfect location with a perfect view. We had a sitting room, and a large room with a perfect view of London Bridge.

Love this place. Great area to be, walkable to attractions. This hotel has a large outside bar so I suspect it can get quite loud when it’s a bit nicer. We stayed in January so not a lot going on out there other than the receptionist 2 evenings in a row being quite loud out there (trying to) entertain guests. Great view and balcony is a huge bonus. We’ll stay again.

My balcony faced the community area which turned into a party area so sitting out on the balcony wasn’t peaceful/relaxing. Great view though!

The king bed was very uncomfortable and was either old or very used. The property and the staff were fantastic

We went to Lake Havasu in January for my birthday and had a fabulous time! The staff at the hotel were super helpful and extremely pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the London Bridge was spectacular! I definitely recommend this hotel, and we will stay there again next time we go.
