Hotel service, 3 bedroom, parking and breakfast very very decent for price. Free parking, quiet and clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, eggs,ham,cereal,and drinks were good. Came from Canada and highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back:))

We came for a medical appointment, which was close by and this Best Western was the best choice for us. The room was clean but the sheets smelled a little old. Being right by the freeway is loud, but I had ear plugs.

We have to move from our original room due to broken bed. The socond room we got toilet need to be repair due constanly clogging and the shower is intermittent. The pillows smells like someones head.

Excellent stay at the Best Western! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area

The room was spacious, staff was professional and very kind. The Fitness center was great. The pool was the coldest I have ever been in. It was like stepping into a bucket of ice! I couldn't bear it! The hot tub was great!

I liked that they had a room with 3 queen beds! What I didn’t like is that the pool heater wasn’t working so it was freezing and our room was extremely hot because the windows don’t open and the ac wasn’t staying on.

Pool was as cold as ice water. If you advertise a pool, not sure why you can’t maintain it so it’s usable.

This was our first time ever staying in this hotel. The only issue we had is that everyone was new. Honestly every employee I encountered had just started that day or the day before. No one knew anything from paying for things in the little snack bar to the breakfast. I will stay there again

Very slow check in and the freeway noise keep me up all night.
