No rooms were clean when got there so they upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice.

First of all when we arrived nobody in the front desk. Then after I did a check in they gave me a room number when I went there someday was there so scary open the door and see a big dog. When I went to the reception to tell them somebody is in the room the front desk lady didn’t be nice with me. Finally when I got another room there is no soap and little cockroaches there. When I am a check out nobody is there I have to left the card and write a note with my email for them send me the receipt and never got it. Never go back this hotel again

I booked two rooms only to get to the hotel and be told they overbooked. I had a senior citizen with me and having to have her share a bed was very unfortunate and very inconsiderate of ******* and The Baymont At Wyndham in Lakeland Florida. I expect some type of restitution for this very inconsiderate inconvenience. I look to hearing from ******* and The Baymont At Wyndham in Lakeland.

dirty ugly recliner in the room , dust ruffle skirt on bed rinkle , broken ice bucket , no complimentary coffee, ask desk clerk for my aarp discount never got it, didmot have a coffee lid for my coffee i would not recoment it no even to the worse of my enemiy

The worst! Seedy hotel with questionable people lingering about. The rooms had holes in the walls, chipped paint, stinky ordor, spoiled fruit/food under the bed, broken doors/latches, roaches, you name it. My family and I decided to sleep in the car for the night. Soooo disappointed I could cry!

The place WASNT CLEAN AT ALL. NOISY NEIBORS AND THEY PUT A BIG ASS BLUE BLOWER FAN OUTSIDE MY ROOM TO DRY SOMETHING UP.
IVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE THERE WAS NO PHONE TO CALL OR THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE TRASH CANS. LADY AT FRONT DESK WAS RATHER RUDE WEN I ASKED FOR A BLANKET. WASNT EVEN BLANKETS ON THE BED.

It was under construction. If Wyndham saw the condition of this property they would shut it down. Paint chipping of doors and walls. Painting unfinished on bathroom door. No blankets in room. Had to ask for blankets. Breakfast was very limited.

Under construction. Surprise $100 fee charged for incidentals as if we were going to damage anything that is already in rough shape. Money will not be returned for 7-10 business days. In one nights time we dealt with 3 different staff members who were not sure about anything. Very weak staff.
