No rooms were clean when got there so they upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice.

First of all when we arrived nobody in the front desk. Then after I did a check in they gave me a room number when I went there someday was there so scary open the door and see a big dog. When I went to the reception to tell them somebody is in the room the front desk lady didn’t be nice with me. Finally when I got another room there is no soap and little cockroaches there. When I am a check out nobody is there I have to left the card and write a note with my email for them send me the receipt and never got it. Never go back this hotel again

The hotel stay was decent but they are going through a major remodel and it is EVERYWHERE. There were boxes everywhere and the third floor just looks rough. The staff was nice enough and the rooms were clean.

First I would like to say, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice. That said, this hotel is currently under renovation. My room had no towels, only a flat sheet on the bed (no comforter). The carpet in my room was wet. There was water leaking from the ceiling. The room smelled of mold. I expected more for the price. The continental breakfast was waffles, toast and cereal.

Do not stay here! If it's between here or your car, sleep in your car. The place is under renovation, but that is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. The room was disgusting. We left and went some where else.

This hotel is currently under renovation but I didn't have any towels in my room, there were no comforters on the beds so I had to ask for a blanket, the batteries were missing from the remote but it didn't matter because the TV didn't work until the manager had to call Spectrum. The internet worked well.

Had to ask staff for blanket. There was mold in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were clean, waffles were good, but on the whole the place was under construction and not a pleas t stay.

Totally disappointed. Check in was rude. Rooms were ready. When asked if we could possibly check in early (1hr), manager rudely retorted, “Yeah, for $40.” Not necessary. Place is being renovated, but looks like a construction zone. Does not feel safe. TV didn’t work. Would not recommend at all.
