Room very clean, Miss not having a fridge or microwave, lighting could’ve been better for reading purposes. Could use a coffeemaker and ice bucket!

The bed squeaked when I moved, so it was very hard to fall asleep, but the cleanliness was good

It's been years since my husband and I stayed at a Motel 6. When we saw all of the great reviews for this one, we decided to try it again. Are we glad we did! Although the rooms and bathrooms are a bit smaller than what we are used to, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. A very quiet place. Will stay there again.

I booked for 5 day's Monday-friday. Came in on Monday to check in at 3pm the system was down they told me and I would have to wait until 9 to check in once systems were running, I waited in the lobby for a bit because the Internet can go in and out. About 20 minutes passed and a couple came in to check in there was two people at the front desk one helping me the other helping the couple, I looked over and saw that they handed their bank card to the woman to pay the woman helping me handed me a sheet of paper and asked me to fill out my information like my bank card info, I booked through ******* and reserved my stay with my card online so I told the woman I don't feel comfortable writing my Bank card information down and that I would be paying with cash instead, because why would I write down my sensitive information and not know who is looking at it when the other couple used their card just fine with the staff helping them? That was a huge red flag for me. I wasn't going to make a scene but prior to booking at the Lakeville location I booked at the Brooklyn center location and had a horrible experience. I stayed there only an hour and a half and had a man deliberately spit on my car and no one checked the cameras or even cared about my safety the police were called and I was told that I had to leave and that I would be issued a refund that I am still waiting on. Friday I was told to leave Lakeville location because I was being followed by a guest and they called police.

I didn't like that there were all kinds of people hanging out in front of the doors and propping the security door open with rocks, and my room was right in front of the security door. I also was harrassed there because I had people banging on my room door and banging loudly. I went there because it was affordable but I could tell there were lots of sketchy people with no respect for other's.

When I initially checked in I was very impressed by the professionalism and how welcome I was made to feel by the manager Susan. She made the check in very smooth and was very accommodating as to the location of my room being that I had a service dog. I initially only rented the room to check out the surroundings before I extended the reservation. Afor completing some errands we return to the room to find cockroaches having a party on the floor in front of the refrigerator. We immediately mitigated the situation by killing as many roaches as we could find and notified the front desk and then spent several hours disinfecting and sanitizing the room. I suffer from asthma so it was an extreme priority to clean the room, as roaches set off asthma attacks the next morning I contacted the motel on site manager. I was professional, polite and discreet out of respect for the business. Leilana said she would get in contact with the GM. Uday.she offered me a different room. I refused because I had already sanitized the room that we were in and I did not have the strength to move yet again the second time in less than 24 hours. In addition to asthma I also suffer from multiple sclerosis. When I spoke with the GM, Uday, I was also professional and polite. The general manager then told me that Leilana should never have offered a room and any guest who complained about roaches or mice, the guest was required to immediately check out.

Can’t beat the price for a non fussy stay. There are no shampoos in the bathrooms, only soap so I wasn’t prepared for that - didn’t bring any of my own.

Customer service was great. Was the room a high end quality no, you have to realize you get ehat you pay for. But the room was clean, I was able to sleep, felt safe. But most importantly was the customer service.

Unclean, unsavory clientele, smells of cigarettes and similar products, too many dogs that were noisy! Will never stay here again. Very rundown from just a year ago!
